Who we are
ML2 Consulting Ltd, a limited company registered in Scotland, is the data controller for this website.

What this website collects
- No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties. Its fonts are hosted on our own server.
- Server logs. Like every website, the server records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, the page asked for, the time and your browser type. Our hosting provider, IONOS, keeps these to run and secure the service.
- No forms. There is no contact form. You contact us by email or phone.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you tell us. We use it to reply, and, if you become a customer, to provide the work you've asked for.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (replying to an enquiry you sent us) or, where it applies, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that don't lead to work only for as long as we need to reply and follow up, then delete them. Customer records are kept for as long as the law requires for business and tax records.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with the providers who run our email, phone and hosting, under contracts that protect it, or where the law requires.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy. Email info@ml2consulting.com. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
