How we work
ML2 Consulting runs every project in four steps: listen, map, build small and hand over. Small steps, plain English, and nothing left behind that only we understand, so your team can run what we build without us.
The four steps
Listen
We spend time with the people who do the work, not only the people who manage it. The best ideas usually come from the person who does the job every day.
Map
We write down how things run today, agree what better looks like, and put a number on it: hours saved, errors removed or days taken off a process.
Build small
We change one thing, measure it, and keep what works. Short steps mean you see progress every week and can change direction cheaply.
Hand over
Documented, tested and trained, so your team can run it without us. Support is there if you want it, not because you're stuck without it.
What we hand over
- Source code and configuration.
- An admin guide, written for whoever looks after it next.
- A user guide, written for the people who use it.
- A list of every account and licence, in your name.
- A contact sheet: who to call for what.
What we won't do
- Sell you a tool you don't need.
- Lock your data in.
- Leave without a hand-over.
