Accessibility statement
Last updated 17 October 2026. We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Our aim
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we've done
- Every page is checked automatically with axe, in light and dark themes, at phone and desktop widths, each time the site is built.
- Text and controls meet AA colour contrast, and colour is never the only way information is shown.
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
- The site follows your device's light or dark setting and reduced-motion preference, and works without JavaScript.
- Text can be resized to 200% and the layout reflows down to 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling.
What we know isn't perfect yet
- Automated tools find only some problems. The site hasn't yet been tested by people using screen readers or other assistive technology, or audited by a specialist.
- It has been tested in Chromium only, not yet in Safari or Firefox.
