Microsoft 365, SharePoint and systems integration
ML2 Consulting helps businesses get more from the software they already pay for: Microsoft 365 and SharePoint set up properly, and systems connected so data moves between them and nobody types the same thing twice.
What we do
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Lists, forms, sites and permissions inside the tools your staff already sign in to, set up so the right people see the right things.
- Connections between systems
- Your CRM, accounts, payroll and warehouse software exchanging data by API, database or file, so nobody retypes it.
- Data you can trust
- One name for each piece of data, agreed across departments, so reports match wherever they're run.
- Reports from what you already have
- One set of numbers, refreshed on a schedule, instead of a spreadsheet someone rebuilds every month.
How it's different
- Handed over. Configuration, documentation and admin guides come to you, so another developer or IT provider can pick it up.
- Standard names for your data. Every field we create is named from one dictionary, the same one our own apps use.
- Built to move. We keep supplier-specific code small, so changing a host or a tool later isn't a rewrite.
Questions
Do you only work with Microsoft?
No. We often start there because many businesses already pay for Microsoft 365, but we connect to most business software that has an API, a database or a file export.
Should we buy a product instead?
Often, yes. If an off-the-shelf product fits, including one of our Thing.team apps, we'll say so before anyone writes code.
Often used with
- Bespoke software: when the gap needs its own app.
- IT projects: moving to Microsoft 365 in the first place.
- Thing.team: connects to the software you already use.
- IT and software for hospitality: tills, bookings, payroll and stock joined up.
